The Conclusion to The BBQ on Sunday .

WOW WOW WOW WOW !

Before I get into the Juicy-ness . I would like to thank everyone who came out to the Rec Shop BBQ . I was very very very good while it lasted . We ended up getting 50 LARGE PIZZAS from Pizza Patron [ Independent Pizza Company ] . So many People were there seriously I would say around 500 Plus at Least . Big Ups to Ben and Disco Dave the owners of The Rec Shop .

So Many People contributed to make this happen from the Skaters to the BBoys to the Graffiti Artist . Seriously Thank You guys and girls so much for coming out and making this Event so much fun and Interesting . Thank you guys .

Ok Here is the Low Down .

The Bar B Q started around 3 pm Sharp . I supplied the Sound System and I was the HOST of the event . so i was pretty prompt to be on time and ready to rock and rool . when i arrived around 2:45pm there was already 40 people there wanting chanting . we want MUSIC , we want MUSIC . lmao . an it seems like 10 minutes later there were 200 people . seriously . everyone from Kids to Adults to Babies . the vibe was Very LIVE and the atmosphere was untouched by any event to take place in Dallas. DJ Phooka started of the DJ's he was Killin It with some HIP HOP ( Real Hip Hop ) . Tribe Called Quest , Mos Def ect .. I was on the MIC Jumpin around Happy , Excited and Krunk . lol .

Then Some Drama Began .

I do not know exactly what happened . I was not there in the middle of the conflict , I was watching from a distance . so don't hold me to every word . a MINI BRAWL broke out with some in the hood local skaters . I would say that was the beginning of the drama . next 2 Police came saying that we didn't have proper permits ect. and that the event could continue without MUSIC . so of course we are young and can make things happen with anything god provides for us , so everyone started CLAPPING their hands to a steady beat while the BBOY Battle was going on . the next thing you know 8 - 10 Cop cars and a Patty Wagon . Seen in the Pics below . arrived . They all Parallel Parked on the Borders of the Space the BBQ was happening BLASTING SIRENS scaring everybody off TRIPPIN .

I'm not sure what they were really trippin about and of course some of the people enjoying the event didn't want to leave because they felt that they did anything wrong . 3 people all of which were White got arrested including 1 girl . wow . the patty wagon was in full swing and itchin' to throw people in there .
